JetPass Unlimited Wash Club
A JetPass is a monthly car wash plan that gives you unlimited monthly car washes (up to once a day) for a low monthly price. You pick the plan that’s right for you. For your convenience, your credit card will be charged every month on your anniversary date. The more you wash, the more you save.
It’s easy to sign up online or at the pay station at any Jet Brite location.
For online sign up follow this steps:
First, register and confirm your email address. Second, enter your vehicle’s plate and enter your billing information (credit card information). Third, select the wash package that best suits you. Lastly, look for an email confirmation of your sign up. Once you receive the sign up confirmation, your membership is ready to use. That’s it!

You use a credit or debit card. The credit or debit card you used when you first signed up for you Jet Pass will be billed every 30 days from your anniversary date (the day you originally signed up) until you cancel.
Nope! We made it extra convenient. No windshield stickers, app, or special cards are needed. Your license plate is your JetPass. We use License Plate Recognition software to identify you as a JetPass member when you pull up to the car wash gate. When you pull up the gate will automatically open, and you’ll be on your way to a great wash.
We want this to be as easy as possible. With LPR no one needs to enter your vehicle to affix any kind of sticker to your windshield. Also, we’ve found it to be much more reliable.
Your unlimited wash plan is valid at all Jet Brite Locations during regular business hours.
We made it easy. When you purchase a JetPass Monthly Unlimited Plan online, your plan is immediately activated in our system. When you pull up to the car wash gate, our license plate recognition software automatically recognizes your vehicle and opens the gate. Your license plate works as your JetPass. No stickers are needed!
Your JetPass is good for one vehicle only. Each vehicle needs to have its own JetPass.
Managing your Unlimited Plan
If you Signed Up at the car wash and have not created an online account, please email the Jetpass Hotline at support@jetbritecarwash.zendesk.com
If you signed up ONLINE or later created an online account, please take these steps:
Open your account, and go to the Vehicles tab. From the vehicles tab, click on My Account, and click Edit. From the drop-down menu, select Membership Status, and then click Suspend. Hit Save.
This will stop all future billings.
To reactivate, follow the same steps by going to My Account from the Vehicle tab, click Edit. From the drop-down menu, select Membership Status, and then click Active. Hit Save.
If you have an online account, follow the steps above by going to My Account from the Vehicle tab, click Edit. From the drop-down menu, select Membership Status, and then click Active. Hit Save.
If you signed up at the car wash, just follow the prompts at the pay station or see an attendant.

Please allow 7 days for processing your cancellation. That means you need to cancel at least 7 days before your anniversary date. Your anniversary date is the date you signed up with your credit card. You can still use your Jet Pass until the day before your anniversary date.
No, you will not receive a refund upon cancelling. Your plan will remain active until the day before your anniversary billing date.

Please ask any car wash associate for assistance. They will take you to the site office to have you update your card info.

Please contact us here via email or by calling the Jet Pass Hotline at 855-598-5010. You will not get an email confirmation, but your changes will take place on your anniversary date. The day you sign up establishes your anniversary date (your monthly renewal date). Your credit card will be charged on your anniversary date every month until you cancel.
