JetPass Unlimited Wash Club

A JetPass is a monthly car wash plan that gives you unlimited monthly car washes (up to once a day) for a low monthly price. You pick the plan that’s right for you. For your convenience, your credit card will be charged every month on your anniversary date. The more you wash, the more you save.

It’s easy to sign up online or at the pay station at any Jet Brite location. First, select the wash plan that best suits you. Then, enter the credit or debit card you wish to pay with. Lastly, register your email and you car’s license plate number. That’s it!   Have your license plate number ready.

You use a credit or debit card. The credit or debit card you used when you first signed up for you Jet Pass will be billed every 30 days from your anniversary date (the day you originally signed up) until you cancel. 

Nope! We made it extra convenient. No windshield stickers, app, or special cards are needed. Your license plate is your JetPass. We use License Plate Recognition software to identify you as a JetPass member when you pull up to the car wash gate. When you pull up the gate will automatically open, and you’ll be on your way to a great wash.

We want this to be as easy as possible. With LPR no one needs to enter your vehicle to affix any kind of sticker to your windshield. Also, we’ve found it to be much more reliable.

You can wash up to once a day, every day of the week or as often as you like! The more you wash, the more you save!

Your unlimited wash plan is valid at all Jet Brite Locations during regular business hours.

We made it easy. When you purchase a JetPass Monthly Unlimited Plan online, your plan is immediately activated in our system. When you pull up to the car wash gate, our license plate recognition software automatically recognizes your vehicle and opens the gate. Your license plate works as your JetPass. No stickers are needed!

Your JetPass is good for one vehicle only. Each vehicle needs to have its own JetPass.

Managing your Unlimited Plan

You can cancel your monthly plan by emailing the Jet Pass Hotline at jetpass@jetbritecarwash.com. There are no contracts or obligations. Cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given, but you may continue to wash up until your anniversary date. Your anniversary date is the date you signed up with your credit card.   You can also call 630-581-PASS (630 581-7277) for additional assistance.

Please allow 7 days for processing your cancellation. That means you need to cancel at least 7 days before your anniversary date.  Your anniversary date is the date you signed up with your credit card. You can still use your Jet Pass until your anniversary date.

No, you will not receive a refund upon cancelling. Your plan will remain active until your anniversary billing date.

No problem, we would be happy to reinstate you. Simply re-enroll online or at any local Jet Brite location.

Here are some common mistakes to check first:
• Check that you used the correct email and license plate combination.
• Make sure you cancel 7 days before your anniversary date otherwise the cancellation will take effect for the following month.
• You already cancelled, check your email for the confirmation.

No problem! You can upgrade or downgrade online. You can  also contact us here or by calling the JetPass Hotline at 630-581-PASS (630 581-7277).. You will immediately get an email confirmation, but your changes will not take place until your anniversary date. The day you sign up establishes your anniversary date (your monthly renewal date). Your credit card will be charged the regular plan amount after the 1st month every month unless you cancel.
